Jack Forrest '19 notched his 1000th career point in the win against Haverford.

The Aces beat Haverford 61-49 Friday night in front of a big, pink-shirted Hope Classic home crowd. The Hope Classic is Aces Nation's fifth annual fundraiser benefiting two organizations Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics and the Angelman Syndrome Foundation. The inspiration for this fundraiser is LM assistant coach Kevin Grugan's 8-year-old daughter, Hope, who was diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome at age 11 months. The monies raised at the game, through online donations and in-school efforts support research aimed at finding a cure while providing therapies to Angels like Hope during the time it takes to find one.

In addition to supporting an important cause and celebrating a win on Friday, Aces Nation honored the newest member of the 1000-point club as Jack Forrest '19 reached the plateau in the third quarter. Jack finished with 17 points on the night. Steve Payne '19 led the way with a game-high 25 points.
