Let's get Aces Wild!

Playoff basketball returns to the Bryant Gymnasium on Friday night as the Aces (21-2) take on Conestoga (11-11) at 7 PM in Round 1 of the PIAA District 1 Tournament.

The Aces capped off an outstanding regular season by winning their second straight Central League championship and finishing undefeated in league play for the second straight year -- a feat that hadn't been accomplished since 1943. They extended their league unbeaten streak to a record 42-straight games. LM finished 4-2 in a difficult non-league campaign, defeating two nationally-ranked opponents (St. Francis, MD and Bishop O'Connell, VA) in the same season for the first time in school history.

The Pioneers, a perennial District playoff contender, have a deep and talented roster. They boast a signature win against Inter-Ac power Penn Charter and have played tough all season, dropping only three games by more than ten points. The Aces and Pioneers know each other well as they are both members of the Central League.

Tickets for Friday's game are $5 and are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Bryant Gymnasium ticket window beginning at 6:15 PM. The parking lot adjacent to the bus circle will be open at 5:30 PM for fans planning to tailgate before the game.
