Publications and media outlets around the state had a lot to say leading up to and after the title game. Both of the state's major city papers, the Philadelphia Inquirer and Pittsburgh Post-Gazette predicted a Schenley victory in the Final. Of course, both were wrong. The Inquirer has had a tough go of it when predicting against Lower Merion. They also called for a Chester victory in the State Semifinals. The Inquirer has picked the Aces' opponent in its last eight tries - seven of those times the paper has been wrong. And for that, all of Aces Nation thanks you -- keep the streak alive!
