The Dawg Pound will be out in full force on Saturday night.

The Aces will take on the Upper Darby Royals in the title game of Central League tournament on Saturday night at 8 PM at Penncrest High School. All tickets for the game are $5.

The Aces earned an automatic berth in the league finals by going undefeated (16-0) in league play during the regular season. Second-seed Upper Darby beat #3 Conestoga 50-47 in a semifinal matchup on Thursday to earn a trip to the title game. LM has beaten Upper Darby twice this season, including a 57-38 win last week to conclude the regular season.

The Royals are the defending league champs, coming off a 16-0 season of their own in 2010-11. There was no league playoff last year; under the old rules, an undefeated league team earned an automatic championship. The Aces are seeking their first league title since 2009.

A large crowd is expected on Saturday night and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All fans are encouraged to arrive early. Dawg Pound members driving to the game will be gathering at 6 PM in the LMHS bus circle to caravan with the team bus.
