By Steve Mandelbaum

The Aces traveled to Haverford High School last night and returned home with another convincing win under their belt, 56-37. The win marked Lower Merion’s third of the season and the second in a row, bringing their record back up to an even .500 (3-3). It was a team effort, as nine different Aces scored in the affair. Senior Greg Robbins led all scorers with 15 points; Alon Seltzer returned to action for the first time in a week and added 12 points. Matt McKenna provided the highlight of the night with a fade-away three-pointer as the buzzer sounded to end the third quarter. Joe Moran scored his first four varsity points. The Aces held Haverford to just three first-quarter points – the lowest single quarter total for an opponent this season. The Aces will head to Marple Newton on Tuesday night. Tip-off is at 7:30 PM.
